Buy the licence once and it works forever. Updates and support renew with an annual agreement.
Lower upfront cost; updates and basic support are included in the subscription.
For air-gapped networks the licence is delivered as a signed file and never needs to call home.
Every project's price depends on device count, users, modules, licence model and support level. We usually send a formal quotation within two working days.
Anything registered in the inventory: a switch, router, firewall, server, UPS and so on. Service checks (a website, for example) are not counted separately.
Device and user limits can be raised, or the plan upgraded, at any time — only the licence file is replaced; no reinstall.
Yes, with a contract and formal invoice, following the organisation's procurement process.
The annual subscription includes updates and basic support. Perpetual licences use a separate annual support agreement — see the support page for the levels.
